Ans - No. Employers, for example, can upload the information of only those employees who are on notice, have left the organization, or have been terminated. Realstaff strongly advises that all employees' data be uploaded because no one may impersonate an employee of the employer company. Some legitimate employees will be unable to be verified on Realstaff if only incomplete employee data is supplied. This will provide an opportunity for the imposters.
Realstaff's goal is to verify a person's present employment and its working status. Anyone, including the general public and businesses, will learn the first and last name of the individual claiming to be an employee of a certain company with whom they are dealing. Before committing anything to this person, they can search for them on Realstaff and verify their employment status.
Ans – An employee's search result on Realstaff includes six fields: Photograph (blurry but recognizable), Full name, Designation, Working Status, Company (Employer) name, and Company's (employer) email. The false employee who is communicating with a user (the public or any business) who is validating this individual on the Realstaff platform will be exposed immediately by the photograph of an authentic employee. Also the user can ask the interacting person to have a video call, which clearly exposes the fake caller.
Ans - On the Realstaff platform, an employee's photograph is blurred but recognizable. To protect the employee's photograph, the general commands of Cut, Copy, Paste, and Right Click are also disabled.

Ans – Realstaff allows registration of companies/organizations/employers which are registered with the relevant Government body. Realstaff administration verifies the registration details provided by the companies and confirms that it matches with the Government records before approving the company registration. Real Customers will provide Real data of their employees to Realstaff. This way Realstaff supports genuine nature of their service and builds trust for its users.
